Summer of Weddings

This summer Dean and I have been busy while Andrew is also busy with school. We were going to the pool quite frequently, and Dean loves the pool especially when he can go with his uncles. Our neighborhood pool has fun sprinklers and a water slide which we have taken him to. Andrew and Dyson took him down the slide which was fun to watch. Dean is such a water baby! We also bought him an exersaucer from someone who was selling a used one for a good deal. He LOVES playing in it now!

We have been busy attending weddings! This season is definitely the busy time for people to get married... Everyone seems to be celebrating anniversaries around this time. Ours will be coming up in the next week or two. We are thinking we might take a trip to Florida as a family to celebrate.

My friend Avery from high school got married, and we had a wonderful time going to their wedding. It was beautiful (the venue was amazing!) and good to see some old friends from high school. Dean did great even though he was tired. While there, Dean got to meet my friend Tori.

Dean and I flew out with my parents to Salt Lake for a last minute trip to go see my cousin Logan's wedding. My parents were very helpful, and Dean is becoming an expert flyer. He did great on the plane! While in Utah (the one full day we were there), we saw my Mom and Dad's side of the family. Dean met his second cousins for the first time. He is a tank compared to them! He was all off schedule, but did great considering! It was wonderful to celebrate with Logan and Alexa who make a beautiful couple.

The day we left Utah, we spent the morning with my Mom's side of the at Thankgiving Point for breakfast. We had a great time seeing everyone and having them meet Dean. There sure are a lot of cousins on that side! I sure love having a great big extended family, and we make cute kids. :)

The grandkids that were there
All of my grandparents great-grandkids with their grandkid
